I selected Delicious as my social bookmarking program. Although the other program has some features i truely liked i.e. posted notes, I still liked Delicious better.
I think a lot of people find Delicious easier to use than Diigo, but like most Web 2.0 tools, you go with what seems to work best for you - there is no right or wrong
